So, what are soft skills and why should you be looking for them as an essential addition to your candidate\u2019s skill set. New York Times writer, Daniel Goleman, describes \u201csoft skills like discipline, drive and empathy\u201d as the \u201cmark of those who emerge as outstanding\u201d.<\/p>\n
Soft skills are a combination of people skills, social skills, teamwork and communication, with all of the qualifications in the world, these skills are essential to successfully adapting to a workplace.<\/p>\n
